Chief Officer / Master Mariner (CoC) with relevant sea-time

1 year Shore-based Operations experience (Tankers/ Chemical / Gas Carriers)

Strong grasp of CP terms, documentation & performance metrics

Ability to coordinate with global stakeholders across voyages, ports, and terminals

Analytical mindset & stakeholder coordination skills

Timely and accurate vessel acceptance based on proper documentation

Effective incident/stoppage reporting and resolution

On-time submission of vessel performance and technical reports

Quality of coordination and feedback from stakeholders and terminals

Efficiency in managing claims and invoicing processes

Results-driven approach to voyage and commercial execution

Proficiency in CP-based freight calculations and post-fixture accounting

Ability to monitor and analyze noon reports and voyage data

Competence in generating detailed voyage result reports

Multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with applicable regulations and operational compliance

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office and operational IT platforms

Ability to work effectively under pressure and lead corrective actions

Minimum 2–3 years of shore-based experience in operations/technical management of gas/LPG vessels

Prior sailing experience as Chief Officer or Master on LNG/LPG vessels

Solid understanding of vessel operations, charter party compliance, and performance reporting

Experience in vessel documentation, bunker optimization, and technical troubleshooting

Candidates with commercial shipping knowledge and/or relevant certifications will be given preference
