This edition of Champions of Inclusion is being featured in recognition of International Day for Women in Maritime, celebrating the importance of inclusion, opportunity, and diverse leadership across the maritime industry.

To mark the occasion, we spoke with leaders across MOL South Asia & Middle East to hear their perspectives on building workplaces where people feel respected, valued, and empowered to grow. These conversations reflect the values that continue to shape MOL’s culture: respect, collaboration, openness, and continuous growth.
