Captain Vraghavan spent 12 years sailing across oceans leading crews, solving problems and taking decisions under deadlines. Today, he brings that same mindset to his role at MOL.

One night at sea, officer of the watch reported that radar showed a target dead ahead however visually, there was nothing. No lights. No ship. Just darkness. Visibility was good, still nothing. But the radar was right. We were in a narrow channel, we took action just in time. That moment still guides how he works today: Stay calm. Act fast. Trust your tools. Trust your team.
